Sponsoly does not manufacture or sell the products its users promote, does not recruit distributors on your behalf, and does not participate in designing any direct selling company's compensation plan.

2. No Affiliation with Direct Selling Companies

Sponsoly is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with any particular direct selling or network marketing company. Using Sponsoly to manage your business with a specific company does not imply any relationship, endorsement, or partnership between Sponsoly and that company. Any reference you make to a direct selling company within the Service is your own and is your sole responsibility.

3. No Guarantee of Income or Results

Use of the Service does not guarantee any specific sales, recruitment, income, team growth, or other business outcome. Any example, figure, screenshot, or success story shown on our website, marketing materials, or within the Service itself is illustrative only and does not represent a typical or guaranteed result. Your results will depend on multiple factors outside Sponsoly's control, including your individual effort, skills, the market, competition, and the policies of the direct selling company you represent.

4. Earnings Disclaimer for Sponsoly's Referral Program

Sponsoly's referral program, described in our Terms of Service, lets you earn a single-tier commission (0%, 20%, or 30% depending on your plan) on the actual payments made by people you refer. We do not guarantee any level of income from participating in this program. The amount you can earn depends on how many people you refer, whether they subscribe to and remain on a paid plan, and which plan you have active. Most participants in affiliate programs of this kind earn modest income or no income at all. If you participate as an affiliate, it is your responsibility to disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable rules (including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance) whenever you promote Sponsoly.

This includes, among other things, clearly disclosing your relationship with the company you represent and with Sponsoly's referral program where applicable, and avoiding unauthorized or misleading income or health claims.

8. Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence

The Service incorporates generative artificial intelligence features to assist with tasks such as drafting messages, generating or translating content, and suggesting replies to prospects. These tools can make mistakes or produce information that is inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular context. It is the user's sole responsibility to review and validate any AI-generated content before publishing it, sending it to third parties, or basing business decisions on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KILOS AI LLC will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation.
